Reformer Pilates (Signature Class)

This is the one everyone’s talking about. Strength, stretch, sweat—and serious core connection. We combine contemporary flow with traditional control to sculpt, align, and elevate your body. No two classes are the same, but every session will leave you feeling powerful, taller, and ready to take on your day.

All levels welcome. Come as you are, leave stronger

Elevate: Reformer Flow & Burn

Level up your practice. This class brings the heat with dynamic sequences, increased resistance, and zero chill. Expect creative transitions, deep core activation, and glutes that won't stop talking. Designed for those who want to move with power and purpose.

Intermediate to Advanced. Not for the faint of heart, but oh-so-worth it.

Cardio Core Burn (jumpboard)

This is your heart-pumping, core-firing, full-body bounce session. We use the jumpboard to add cardio bursts to your reformer flow—without ever compromising form or joint safety. Think: explosive power meets control, with major focus on legs, glutes, abs, and endurance.

Low-impact, high-results, and so. much. fun.

Great for cardio lovers, strength seekers, and anyone ready to get sweaty in style.

Flex TRX Core + Control

TRX meets Pilates precision. This hybrid class builds next-level core strength, endurance, and functional movement using suspension straps and bodyweight. It’s all about moving smarter, getting stronger, and having a blast while you do it.

Expect the shakes (in a good way).

Absolutely NO injuries

Mat Flow + Core Ignite

No machines, just you, your mat, and every muscle you've got. This class delivers strong Pilates foundations with a spicy twist - using props like bands, balls, and light weights to boost challenge and variety. It's intentional, intelligent movement that works.

This 45 minute class is perfect for lunchtime, travel days or when the waitlist for your favorite reformer didn’t open up.

Strength + Sculpt Reformer + Mat Fusion

A Pilates-inspired strength class that mixes reformer work with mat-based resistance training. Think compound moves, functional flow, and muscles you forgot existed. This is where slow, controlled movement meets athletic intensity with perfect form always leading the way.

Low impact, high results.

Prenatal / Postnatal

Strong moms, strong bodies. Whether you're growing a baby or rebuilding postpartum, this class supports your core, pelvic floor, breath, and energy—without pushing your limits. We honour your season, while still giving you space to feel challenged, empowered, and deeply connected to your body.

Babies welcome, comparison not allowed.

Flex Fit Pilates HIIT Hybrid

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combined with Pilates principals and mathwork is a new favorite here at Flex.

Our dynamic 45 minute strength & endurance class is an Equipment free functional fitness class designed to energize and sculpt.

Mat Based workout (this is NOT a reformer class), use of dumbbells, bands and balls will vary depending on the class.
